The children were given the opportunity to play the game at the beginning of the session and their experience was discussed. After emphasizing the need to do each action ‘slowly, in silence and being mindful’ they were given another opportunity to play the game and understand the differences in two rounds.
  • Reporting experiences (S4):  Children’s experience on mindful walking and mindful sitting was discussed in small groups followed with instructions provided on how to improve their practice on an almost individual basis.
