Sati Pasala or How to Practice Mindfulness

Celebrating 100 years of service

The Vajirararama Bambalapitiya, Daham Pasala celebrated its century in a fitting manner by introducing mindfulness. The Sati Pasala team introduced mindfulness and instructed mindfulness exercises such as walking mindfully, sitting mindfully, mindful listening, calming and composing the mind using the magic-mind-jar, and listening mindfully.
