Sati Pasala or How to Practice Mindfulness

Mindfulness Programme at Rahath-len Aranya Senasanaya, Horowpathana

Sati Pasala mindfulness programme was organized at Rahath-len Aranya Senasanaya, Horowpathana, Anuradhapura on 16th of December 2018. Ven. Rajasinghegama Thilakadhamma thero conducted the programme and about 150 students and 50 area residents took part in the program. Mindfulness was introduced to participants via Mindful Sitting, Mindful Walking, Mindful Eating exercises. Body Scanning and several mindful games were also conducted by the Mindful Facilitators.
