Sati Pasala or How to Practice Mindfulness

Sati Pasala at Dharmashoka Vidyalaya, Maharagama

Sati Pasala mindfulness programme was held at Dharmashoka Vidyalaya, Maharagama on 16th of October 2018. The program was attended by 182 students and was conducted by Sati Pasala facilitators.

2. Mindful Walking
3. Mindful Listening
4. Mindful Eating
5. Mindfulness in day-to-day work
