Sati Pasala or How to Practice Mindfulness

Sati Pasala at Mirijjawila Dry Zone Botanical Garden, Hambantota

Sati Pasala program was held for the staff of the Mirijjawila Dry Zone Botanical Garden, Hambantota on the 28th of November 2019. Two sessions were conducted by the mindful facilitators to cover the whole staff of 100 members at the Mirijjawila Dry Zone Botanical Garden. Mindful facilitators conducted key mindful activities such as mindful listening, mindful walking, mindful sitting, and mindful eating along with several mindful games to give the message of mindfulness to the participants.
All the participants engaged in mindful activities enthusiastically and engaged in a fruitful discussion about mindfulness. They also pledged to continue practicing mindfulness during both work and family life.
