Sati Pasala Mindfulness Facilitators in Toronto, successfully launched the first Sati Pasala program for students on the 24th September 2017. A total of 48 Sati Pasala registered students with their parents participated. Facilitators are planning to extend the time duration for next program. They intend introducing mindful rules, Mindful behavior, introduction to mindful walking, and Mindful sitting as well as Mindful Games in the coming months. The feedback from parents was very encouraging.
