[S1] Understanding Mindfulness: Hole in the Road

A short video clip titled “Hole in the Road” demonstrated the emotional holes or stressful situations the mind repeatedly falls into, due to lack of awareness of the habits of the mind. A young presenter discussed with the children on developing increased awareness of the habits of the mind, in order to avoid falling into such emotional holes or stressful situations. Venerable Bhante provided further insight into cultivating mindfulness in day to day activities.
