Sati Pasala or How to Practice Mindfulness

Sati Pasala Mindfulness Program at Ethkandha Rajamaha Viharaya, Kurunegala

The Sati Pasala mindfulness program was held on the 1st of December 2019 at Ethkandha Rajamaha Viharaya, Kurunegala. The participants consisted of more than 70 students, 20 Dhampasal teachers and 10 school teachers.  The program was organized by Ms. Mallika Jayarathne with Kurunagala Sati Pasala Facilitators and conducted by Venerable Dammadeepa Thero. Mindful Yoga is conducted by Yogi Asanka.
Key Mindful activities such as Mindful Walking, Mindful Sitting, Mindful Listening, Mindful Eating and Mindful Games was conducted to give the message of mindfulness to the participants.
