Sati Pasala or How to Practice Mindfulness

Sati Pasala Mindfulness Programme for Bankers & Executives – 13th February 2019

 

Sati Pasala programme was conducted by Ven. Kurunegala Sobhitha Thero for bankers and executives of the companies in Central Province. It was one of the best programmes. These people are always in working stress and live in a busy schedule. So that this programme was a wonderful experience for them to relax their minds and stress.

These people share their experience after the end of the programme. Some of them said that it was the first experience of them which felt such a relaxation. The fact that they had mentioned that they had never heard of this type of approach to ‘relax themselves’ is quite revealing. The fact that they had subsequently mentioned, that after understanding & experiencing Satiya, they all felt that this practice would be very beneficial to them’ is noteworthy.

Being in the present moment was introduced through Mindful sitting, mindful walking and Mindful eating.
