Sati Pasala or How to Practice Mindfulness

Sati Pasala Programme at Maddagoda Bomalu Viharaya, Diyapalagoda

Sati Pasala facilitators visited at Maddagoda Bomalu Viharaya, Diyapalagoda on 20th of March 2019 Poya day. The programme was conducted by Ven. Talape Deeranada Thero and about 65 area residents participated. The participants were guided to practice several mindful activities including mindful walking, mindful sitting, mindful eating and mindful games as well. At the end of the programme, they shared their experience with Sati Pasala facilitators.
