Sati Pasala or How to Practice Mindfulness

Sati Pasala Programme at Manthinda Pirivena, Matara – 7th January 2019

Sati Pasala mindfulness programme was held at Manthinda Pirivena, Matara on 7th January 2019. The programme was conducted by Ven. Athurugiriye Dhammawihari Thero. Students were guided to practice several mindful activities including mindful walking, mindful sitting, mindful eating, mindful listening and mindful games as well.
