Sati Pasala or How to Practice Mindfulness

Sati Pasala at Piligalla Raja Maha Viharaya

Sati Pasala program was held at Piligalla Rajamaha Viharaya on the 9th of January 2020. About 50 students participated. Mindful facilitators conducted several mindful exercises along with Mindful Sitting, Mindful Walking, Mindful Listening and Mindful Eating with few Mindful Games to give the message of mindfulness to the participants.
