Sati Pasala Programme at Children’s Remand Home, Bambaradeniya
Sati Pasala programme was organized at the Children’s Remand Home in Werawalawatta, Welamboda, Bambaradeniya on 25th of January 2019. About 13 children between the age of 6 and 16 participated in the programme which was conducted by most Ven. Rajasinghegama Thilakadhamma Thero. Many Mindful Games were used to share the message of mindfulness among these children along with the Mindful Sitting, Mindful Walking, Mindful Listening and Body Scanning exercises.
