Sati Pasala Introduction Programme at Kadugannawa National School
Sati Pasala introduction programme was organized at Kadugannawa National School in Kadugannawa on 19th of March 2019. The programme was conducted by most Ven. Rajasinghegama Thilakadhamma Thero. About 400 students attended and several mindful activities such as Mindful Sitting, Mindful Listening, Body Scanning and Mindful Games were conducted to convey the message of mindfulness to these students.
