මාසික සති පාසල වැඩසටහන ඇත්කඳ රජමහා විහාරය, කුරුණෑගල
කුරුණෑගල ඇත්කඳ රජමහා විහාරයේ සෑම මසකම පළමු ඉරුදින පෙරවරු 8.00 සිට 10.00 දක්වා පැවැත්වෙන සති පාසල වැඩසටහන 2020 ජනවාරි මස 05 වන දින පවත්වන ලදී. මෙම සති පාසල වැඩසටහන දහම් පාසල පැවැත්වෙන කාලය අතරතුර එහි සිසුන් සඳහා පැවැත්වීමට එම විහාරයේ ගරු නායක ස්වාමීන් වහන්සේ ඇතුළු දහම් පාසලේ ගුරු මණ්ඩලය කටයුතු සම්පාදනය කර ඇත. වැඩසටහන සංවිධාන කටයුතු මල්ලිකා ජයරත්න මහත්මිය (සති පාසල වයඹ සම්බන්ධීකරණ) විසින් සිදු කල අතර සිසුන් 250 පමණ මෙ දින පැවති වැඩසටහන සහභාගි විය. මෙහිදී සිසුන් සතිමත් ඉඳ ගැනීම, ඇවිදීම, සවන් දීම , යෝග අභ්‍යාස සහ සති ක්‍රීඩා යන සතිමත් ක්‍රියාකාරකම් වල පුහුණු විය.

Sati Pasala at Dumbara Royal Primary, Yakgahapitiya
Sati Pasala program was organized at Dumbara Royal Primary, Yakgahapitiya on the 3rd of July 2019. The program was conducted to about 300 primary students (Grade 1 – 5) by mindful facilitators. Key mindful activities were conducted to give the message of mindfulness to the children.

Mindfulness for JMC International, Kiribathkumbura
Sati Pasala program was organized at JMC International, Kiribathkumbura on the 14th of June 2019. The program was conducted to 75 students and 25 parents by the mindful facilitators. Key mindful activities such as mindful sitting, mindful walking, and mindful eating were conducted to give the message of mindfulness to all participants.

Sati Pasala Program at the Hector Kobbekaduwa Primary School, Kubalwathumulla, Kiribathkumbura
Sati Pasala program was held at the Hector Kobbekaduwa Primary School, Kubalwathumulla, Kiribathkumbura on the 29th of October 2019. About 150 students from grades 4 and 5 participated in the program which was conducted by the Kandy mindful facilitators.
Mindful Listening, Mindful Walking, Mindful Sitting, and Mindful Eating exercises were conducted along with several other mindful games to give the message of mindfulness for the children.
The Programme Conducted by the Ministry of Education and Sati Pasala Foundation at Southern Province
The last program of phase 1 of the 125 schools project with the Ministry of Education was concluded on the 5th of November 2019 when the mindful facilitators trained the last batch of teachers in the Southern Province. The program that was organized by the Ministry of Education was held at the Provincial Information and Communication
