Sati Pasala program was organized at JMC International, Kiribathkumbura on the 14th of June 2019. The program was conducted to 75 students and 25 parents by the mindful facilitators. Sati Pasala program was held at the Hector Kobbekaduwa Primary School, Kubalwathumulla, Kiribathkumbura on the 29th of October 2019. About 150 students from grades 4 and 5 participated in the program which was conducted by the Kandy mindful facilitators.
Mindful Listening, Mindful Walking, Mindful Sitting, and Mindful Eating exercises were conducted along with several other mindful games to give the message of mindfulness for the children.
The introductory MindfulKids Session at Dhamma Sarana Temple (Melbourne, Australia) was held on the 27th August with the participation of a large number of children.
