Nuwara Eliya

Sati Pasala facilitators were invited to conduct a mindfulness session at a workshop organized to introduce and train teachers on National Training Module on Happier and Safer Education – End Corporal Punishment in Sri Lanka Vision 2020. The program which was attended by about 40 teachers was organized at the Zonal Education office in Nuwara Eliya on 23rd of June 2019.
Sati Pasala facilitators conducted several mindful activities including Mindful Sitting, Mindful Listening, Mindful Eating, and Mindful Walking along with several mindful games to introduce mindfulness to the participants.
