Polgolla

Sati Pasala program was conducted at the Mahaweli National College of Education, Polgolla on the 1st of November 2019. About 400 first-year students took part in the program which was conducted by Ven. Rajasinghegama Thilakadhamma Thero. Mindful listening, mindful walking, mindful sitting, and mindful eating exercises were conducted along with several mindful games to give the message of mindfulness for the participants.
