Student Teacher Training Programme at Siyane National College of Education, Veyangoda
Student Teacher training program was conducted at Siyane National College of Education, Veyangoda on 2nd of November, 2019. 250 trainee teachers took part in the program which was conducted by the Sati Pasala facilitators Ven. Thilakadhamma thero, Mr. Tharindu Kandewatta and Mr. Mohomad Isfan Hanifa. Mindfulness was introduced to the participant through Mindful Walking, Mindful Sitting, Mindful Listening, Day to Day Activities, Mindful Eating Exercises and Mindful Games.
