Because mindfulness is vital for students’ education, health, mind relaxation, and so on.
They have identified the immense benefits of Sathiya. A small questionnaire was distributed to them, to well aware about the comments and feelings of the participants. This experience surely helps them to motivate to continue Sathiya for their lives. Majority of the students and teachers requested to hold this programme in their schools. They want to give their peers the same experience. In today’s rush, all think too much, seek too much, want too much and forget about the joy of just being. Therefore, to be in the present moment “Sathiya” is very helpful and useful.
