We are pleased to invite you to an experiential learning session on Mindfulness for Prevention of Stress under the guidance of Most Venerable Dhammajiva Maha Thero on September 9th (Sunday) at Seelawathi Sevana, 2nd Lane, Wickramasinghapura Road, Battaramulla. This program will be conducted in සිංහල and English and facilitated by Dr. Sanath Mahawithanage.
– Experience the true nature of mindfulness with mindful walking and sitting
– Understand how to integrate mindfulness into daily activities and sustain the present moment awareness
– Gain the skill of applications of mindfulness to various situations like stress
