Mindfulness in the workplace is one of the most important trends that New Hopewell & Wikiliya Team are paying attention to. We have been making an impressive effort towards development of mindfulness.

Monthly Sheela Samadanaya programme was organized by New Hopewell & Wikiliya team at New Hopewel Tea Factory on 25th October 2018, at 8.00am to 11.30am and about 320 workers and staff participated.

Sati Pasala programme was held at Dartry Valley Tea Factory on 14th September 2018 from 8.30am to 11.30 am. More than 220 Managers, staff and workers participated at this program.
The programme was conducted by Ven. Athurugiriye Dhammawihari Thero under the direct guidance of the Managing Director- Mr. Ranjana Gamini Walpola. All workers and staff members of the factory have been following mindfulness programme by spending 15 minutes at the morning session every day.
This programme will definitely have an impact supportive to the usual morning sessions held every day at the factory.

Dartry Valley Tea Factory organized Monthly Sati Pasala programme for Dartry Valley Tea Factory staff and workers on 4th October 2018 at 8.00am to 9.00am. More than 110 workers and staff members participated at this program.
The programme was conducted by Ven. Athurugiriye Dhammawihari Thero under the direct guidance of the Managing Director- Mr. Ranjana Gamini Walpola.
At the end of the programmw some of the staff members and workers shared their experience with others.

Sati Pasala programme was held at Harangalla tea factory on 15th September 2018 from 8.30am to 9.30 am. More than 150 staff and workers participated in this program. The program was conducted by Ven. Athurugiriye Dhammawihari Thero under the direct guidance of the Managing Director- Mr. Ranjana Gamini Walpola.

New Mount Carmel Tea Factory organized Sati Pasala programme on 13th September, 2018 at 8.30pm. More than 90 workers and staff participated at this programme. The programme was conducted by Ven. Athurugiriye Dhammawihari Thero under the direct guidance of the Managing Director – Mr. Ranjana Gamini Walpola.
