Key mindful activities including Mindful Walking, Mindful Listening, Mindful Sitting and Mindful Eating was conducted along with several mindful games to introduce mindfulness to students. The programme is conducted in a very productive and efficient way by Ven. Kurunegala Sobitha Thero.
The students share their experiences with others at the end of the programme. According to the comments of them, they need to improve their Sathiya as they have identified the thousands of benefits of mindfulness.
