බස්නාහිර පළාත තුල ක්‍රියාත්මක ප්‍රාථමික ගුරුවරුන් හට සතිමත් බව පුහුණු කිරීමේ වැඩසටහන් මාලාව යටතේ මිනුවන්ගොඩ අධ්‍යාපන කලාපය සඳහා සති පාසල වැඩසටහන 2019 ඔක්තෝබර් මස 24 වන දින කඩුවෙල සති පාසල පරිශ්‍රයේ දී පවත්වන ලදී. මේ සඳහා මිනුවන්ගොඩ අධ්‍යාපන කලාපයේ පළමු වසර ප්‍රාථමික ගුරුවරුන් 180 පමණ සහභාගි විය. කඩුවෙල සති පාසලේ ප්‍රධාන අනුශාසක ගෞරවනීය අතුරුගිරියේ ධම්මවිහාරී ස්වාමීන් වහන්සේ විසින් වැඩසටහන මෙහෙයවනු ලැබීය. මෙහිදී ගුරුවරුන් සතිමත් ඉඳ ගැනීම, ඇවිදීම, ආහාර ගැනීම, සවන් දීම සහ සති ක්‍රීඩා යන සතිමත් ක්‍රියාකාරකම් වල පුහුණු විය. එමෙන්ම එදිනෙදා ක්‍රියාකාරකම් වල, හැඟීම්, ආවේග වල සතිය පිහිටුවන ආකාරය හා සතිමත් බව පළමු වසර විෂයමාලාවට අනුගත කරගන්නා ආකාරය සාකච්ඡාවට බඳුන් විය.

MOE School program of the 120 schools project with the Ministry of Education was conducted at Anuruddha Central College, Kirimatiyana Rd, Wennappuwa on the 24th of October 2019. 32 teachers took part in the program which was conducted by the Sati Pasala facilitator Mr. Tharindu Kandewatta. Mindfulness was introduced to the participants through Mindful Walking, Mindful Sitting, Mindful Listening, Day to Day Activities and Mindful Eating.

Sati Pasala program was organized by The All Ceylon Union of Teachers (ACUT) for the primary teachers in Kandy. The program was held at the Trinity College Primary Hall and was attended by about 40 primary teachers and secondary teachers from schools around Kandy. Mindful facilitators conducted mindful eating, mindful listening, mindful sitting and mindful walking exercise along with several mindful games to give the message of mindfulness to the participants.
