Sati Pasala program was conducted Theological College of Lanka in Ambilmeegama on 23rd of February 2022. The program was conducted for 8 tamil medium students along with a lecture on Mass Media Situation in Sri Lanka and India. The program was conducted in parallel with the lecture and all the participants stated that it was a refreshing and a new experience. Mindful activities such as Mindful Listening, Mindful Walking and Mindful Sitting was conducted along with several mindful games to give the message of Mindfulness to the participants.
