Sati Pasala introduction programme was conducted at Sri Sugatha Bimbaramaya in Wathuliyadda, Uduwela on 20th of March 2019. About 50 – 60 area residents who were obtaining Sil took part in the programme which was conducted by Ven. Thilakadhamma Thero. They practiced several mindful activities including mindful walking, mindful listening, mindful eating, mindful sitting and mindful games with mindful facilitators.

Sati Pasala programme was organized at Hepana Sri Sudharshanarama Purana Viharaya for the elderly citizens in the area on 16th of March 2019. About 20 elderly citizens participated in the programme which was conducted by Ven. Rajasinghegama Thilakadhamma Thero. Participants were guided to practice several mindful activities including mindful walking, mindful sitting and mindful listening.
