Sati Pasala programme was held at Dowa Vidyalaya, Dowa, Bandarawela from 12.30pm to 2.00pm. Over 135 teachers and students participated and the programme was conducted by Ven. Kurunegala Sobhitha Thero. Thero mentioned that mindfulness is about focusing attention on the here and now, rather than thinking about the past or worrying about the future.

The Sati Pasala program was conducted for the teachers of the Primary and Nursery sections of Musaeus College, Colombo 7 on 19th of March 2019.
