New Hopewell and Wikiliya Tea Factory organized another Sati Pasala programme at Kalthota Sri Jinendraramaya temple on 20th January 2019 of Poya day. More than 400 Sill preceptors participated in this programme. It ran from 2.00pm to 4.00pm.

Most of the preceptors gain lots of knowledge regarding Sathiya and the people who are in the misunderstanding about Sathiya, can clear their doubts. Some of them are already following mindfulness for their day to day life as well as the programme would be a great help to them.  There are lots of Dhamma School students have participated and they enthusiastically involved in the programme.

Sati Pasala Mindfulness programme was organized at D.V.P. Wijesinghe Daham Sevana, Alubomulla on 27th of January 2019 from 3.00pm to 6.00pm. The programme was conducted by Ven. Keenagahawatte Meththawansha with Mr. Hemantha Ranawaka. About 100 students and adults participated and they were guided to practice Mindful Walking, Sitting, Eating and Listening along with several Mindful Games as well.

New Hopewell and Wikiliya Tea Factory organized a Sati Pasala programme at Shri Gangaramaya Wiharaya on 20th January 2019 of Poya day from 9.30am – 11.30 am. More than 350 Sill preceptors participated in this programme.

The programme was conducted by Ven. Kurunegala Sobhitha Thero under the direct guidance of the Managing Director- Mr. Ranjana Gamini Walpola. All the participants are eagerly and enthusiastically participated in this programme. “Sathiya” was introduced through Mindful sitting and Mindful walking. There are small children who have done those activities very well.

The programme was conducted by Ven. Kurunegala Sobhitha Thero under the direct guidance of the Managing Director- Mr. Ranjana Gamini Walpola. All the participants are eagerly and enthusiastically participated at this program. “Sathiya” was introduced through Mindful sitting, Mindful walking and Mindful eating.
Some of them have shared their wonderful experiences regarding “Sathiya” with others. This experience surely helps them to motivate to continue Sathiya.

Sati Pasala programme at Anuradhapura

Devotees of the Deliwala Purana Bodhi Malu Viharasthanaya engaged in a pilgrimage to Anuradhapura and Sati Pasala Facilitators were invited to conduct a mindfulness programme during the pilgrimage. The programme was conducted right next to the sacred Ruwanwelisaya by the most Venerable Thilakadhamma Thero on 17th of December 2018. About 90 devotees participated in the programme and they were guided to practice Mindful Walking, Mindful Sitting and Mindful Eating.
