Another remarkable day of the Sati Pasala journey was marked on the 10th of November 2019 at Peradeniya Central College, Kandy. In a historic move, the management of the Peradeniya Central College unveiled a walking path within the school premises!
This is the first time that a government school has taken such bold stride towards mindfulness, and now the newly constructed walking path will further benefit the student and the staff of the Peradeniya Central College.

Sati Pasala at Dambana Indigenous People Village (දඹාන ආදිවාසී ගම්මානය)

Sati Pasala programme was conducted at the indigenous people village in Dambana on 19th of February 2019. About 200 children from the indigenous families and about 60 parents participated in the programme which was conducted by most Ven. Rajasinghegama Thilakadhamma Thero. About 20 volunteers from the Sati Pasala foundation traveled to Damabana to make this historic event a success. The chief of the Dambana indigenous people village, Uruwarige Wannila Aththo graced the occasion and supported the Mindful Facilitators to make the programme a success.
