Another remarkable day of the Sati Pasala journey was marked on the 10th of November 2019 at Peradeniya Central College, Kandy. In a historic move, the management of the Peradeniya Central College unveiled a walking path within the school premises!
This is the first time that a government school has taken such bold stride towards mindfulness, and now the newly constructed walking path will further benefit the student and the staff of the Peradeniya Central College.

Student Teacher training program was conducted at Dharga Nagar National College of Education, Beruwala on the 1st of November, 2019. 170 trainee teachers took part in the program which was conducted by the Sati Pasala facilitator Mr. Mohomad Isfan Hanifa. The entire program was conducted in Tamil medium and mindfulness was introduced to the participant through Mindful Walking, Mindful Sitting, Mindful Listening, Day to Day Activities, Mindful Eating Exercises and Mindful Games.

Sati Pasala program was conducted at the Saraswathy Kanishta Vidyalaya, Badulla on the 5th of October 2019. About 40 participants attended the program which was conducted by mindful facilitator Mohammed Isfan. Primary teachers from Saraswathy KV, Bharathy Primary along with some staff members of Sri Ramakrishna Tamil School attended the program and took part in various mindful activities and games. Mindful facilitators conducted mindful sitting, mindful walking, mindful listening, mindful eating and activities like magic jar along with some mindful games to give the message of mindfulness to the participants. The program was coordinated by the teachers who attended the Badulla District Teacher Training program under the Ministry of Education. The principal of the Saradwathy KV Mr. N. Balendran, Principal of Sri Ramakrishna Tamil School Mr. Sebastian Xavier and the Vice Principal of Bharathy KV Mr. Sundararaj also attended the program.

Sati Pasala programme was conducted at Walala Paathadumbara Maha Vidyalaya in Walala, Menikhinna on the 2nd of October 2019 to grade 9 students. About 150 students from grade 9 took part in the program. Mindful Facilitators conducted Mindful Listening, Mindful Walking, Mindful Sitting, Mindful Eating exercises and several mindful games to give the message of mindfulness to all participants.
Understanding the real value of the program, the principal of the school invited the Sati Pasala Foundation to conduct a separate programme for the staff members which mindful facilitators agreed to conduct in November 2019.
