The International Mindfulness Camp 2019 was successfully concluded in the Scenic Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia last week. For 3 nights and 4 days the children enjoyed a wide variety of mindfulness activities that allowed them to learn and practice among their peers. Over 130 participants from across Australia, New Zealand and Sri Lanka, followed a simple but structured schedule from dawn to dusk.

Joyful living starts within us. We are the creator of our own experiences. Joy and sorrow do not reside outside of our senses. They are created within, as a result of not knowing the reasons behind how things or situations unfold. The focus of the Mindfulness Workshop held on 13 October 2019, at Huntleigh Guide Centre in Crofton Downs was to give confidence to the participants by giving them the experience and examples to have a happy and joyful life not depending on external factors for momentarily happiness.
