Two programs were conducted by Mindful Facilitators to give the message of mindfulness to the participants. Sati Pasala program was conducted at Panvila Rajasinghe Central College on the 24th of January 2022. 200 students representing Grade 10, 11, 12, and 13 took part in the program. Mindful Facilitators conducted Mindful Sitting, Mindful Walking, Mindful Listening, Mindful Eating, and several Mindful Games to give the message of Mindfulness to the participants. The Principal requested another program in the next month for students and also a special program for the staff as well.
