Sati Pasala programme was held at a Kinalan Tamil school, Ella on 5th February 2019 for students and teachers from 12.30pm to 2.00am. There are more than 40 school students and teachers participated in this programme. Whether it is a Tamil school, Students were enthusiastically participated.
The programme was conducted by Ven. Kurunegala Sobitha Thero and it was one of the successful programmes. Language and religion are not an obstacle to study Sathiya. Everyone needs it. If they learn and practice sathiya they can undoubtedly win the game of life. Being in the present moment was introduced through Mindful sitting, mindful walking and Mindful eating. They share their experiences with others at the end of the programme.

Sati Pasala programme was held at Sautham Tamil Maha Vidyalaya, Demodara on 5th February 2019 for students and teachers from 8.00am to 10.00am. There are more than 250 school students and teachers participated in this programme. Whether it is a Tamil school, students were enthusiastically participated.
Ven. Kurunegala Sobhitha Thero conducted the programme and it was one of the successful programmes. Language and Religion is not a barrier to learn sathiya. Because everyone needs it.
