Mindfulness for Grade 4 and 5 Students from President’s Model School Dodanwala

About 100 grade 4 and 5 students from President’s Model School in Dodanwala practiced mindfulness on the 12th of November 2018 with Kandy Mindful Facilitators. The students participated in guided mindful walking, mindful sitting and mindful listening along with several mindful games. The facilitators and students discussed how to be mindful in the day to day activities. Finally, students shared their experience with facilitators.

Sati Pasala programme was conducted at Rojar Sangamaya on 27th October 2018. About 30 Dhamma school teachers participated in this program and the session ran from 9.30am to 11.30 am.
The programme was conducted by Ven. Athurugiriye Dhammawihari Thero under the direct guidance of the Managing Director – Mr. Ranjana Gamini Walpola.

Sati Pasala programme at “Prashakthi” Disabled People’s Association, Udu Nuwara

Sati Pasala programme was organized at “Prashakthi” Disabled People’s Association, Udu Nuwara on 08th of November 2018. The programme was conducted at the District Secretariat Office premises by most Ven. Rajasinghegama Thilakadhamma Thero. The group of 80 participants were comprised with disabled individuals and parents of disabled children as well.
