The second Sati Pasala program for the 1st year students of the Engineering Faculty at the University of Peradeniya was held on the 8th of January 2020. The program was organized by mindful facilitator Mr. Udaya Dissanayake and attended by about 200 students. Mindful Facilitators conducted mindful activities such as Mindful Listening, Mindful Sitting, Mindful Walking, Mindful Eating and several Mindful Games to give the message of mindfulness for the participants. Mindful Facilitator Mr. Isfan Haneefa conducted a separate program for the Tamil speaking students as well.
